There are responsible population on our teams that do not bring glory and who's impact will never be seen and never be known until it is too late. We know they are there and maybe the population who we take for granted. We should respect those that are not so glorious.

These followers are not forced, but are willing. These are the population who raise their hand and supervene you. They believe in what you believe. They are inspired by you and your actions. They are enthused by the value you offer. You need to come to be a leader especially when seeing to be victorious with Ideas Working From Home.

People in Apple are mission focused. Just believe in the hype. Steve Jobs (Co Founder and the forma Ceo of Apple) was not extra when he started his company. Other victorious entrepreneurs like Mike Dell, Howard Shultz, Bill Gates etc when they founded their clubs had great ideas, were great visionaries and were all committed to a cause greater than themselves and inspired others to join them. So why did Steve never lose this inspiration where the others have? The upshot is Steve is dying with cancer.

Think about when population are carefree. When we are children and teenagers, nothing bad can happen to us. We don't care. As we come to be more experienced as adults, we lose it as we come to be embellished in the traffic of life. So when do we get this carefree feeling back? When we get old. An old man will tell you what they think and they don't care either. An older man is more involved about their legacy.

Young population think about their hereafter (what to give) whilst the old population think about what they leave will behind. Between these stages, we are fearful and fear holds us back.

The more we became obsessed with our business the more we come to be disconnected from life. We hide behind screens, portion numbers, look at sales, revenues, complicated costs and rearrange the numbers to make them go the way we want them to go - tell a story. Do you find this? One plays with the numbers to make them look good or as bad as they want - that's what we do.

You maybe selling a goods or service, but many are not curious in the technology, but more curious to know how it can benefit them! 'Will it help me, make something easier, simpler or bring a level of enjoyment'.

How do you heighten someone's life? By providing value. Value is a feeling. population will get that feeling through senses. All the best ideas are based on what population have experienced. The best are built by population who have suffered in one way or another. This is truly bringing value.

Excel was developed by Microsoft as they needed a way to track numbers. They thought it was so good they put it on the market.

99% of businesses are founded by an personel or a group of population who innovated the idea to solve their problem. On that idea they built a company.

The clubs that struggle, keep throwing money at the qoute and are likely to go bankrupt as those that 'saw an occasion in the market'. This is not adding value, but wanting to make money. For these people, all things is me, me, me. How do I get rich? How do I lose weight - etc rather than how do I help the man next to me to lose weight or how do I help the man across the road to come to be rich.

Simple things can help people. For instance, the whistle with the wee ball in was a qoute to a referee. The ref got tied with the ball filling up with spit. To overcome this pain, he developed a whistle without a ball in it. Has he been rewarded for fixing this problem? The fact he is now a millionaire may give the write back away.

Problems are all colse to us. You share in the pain so why not be the one to come up with the clarification and share this clarification with others.

We can all aspire to perform better things. It may be a case of changing direction and doing something you have never done, but always dreamt of. I'm helping population to think de facto about the hereafter and how best use their time. I believe that population can find a way within to pursue an idea and a vision. We all have the capability to take control of our lives, but many just don't know it or know how.
